Who we are
AfricaWorks Investment Partners (“AWIP”) is a commercial real estate investment platform focused on sourcing, acquiring, financing, developing and managing prime mixed-use assets in West and Sub-Saharan Africa.

With offices and dedicated teams in Abidjan, Dakar and Lagos, AWIP combines global capital standards with deep local insight to source, develop and operate institutional-grade, income-producing assets. Buildings are operated by AfricaWorks, the pan-African operator of mixed-use workspace and hospitality buildings.

Headquartered in Mauritius, AWIP raised its first investment vehicle, AWIP I, in 2025 for USD 8 million and fully deployed it into two off-market assets in Dakar and Lagos. In 2026 AWIP raised AWIP II, a second vehicle of USD 25 million in combined equity and debt.

Driven by Africa’s demographic and economic momentum, AWIP invests in and scales modern, accessible and culturally relevant real estate solutions that empower businesses, travellers and communities.
